Does the core converter require payment or an account?
No account or payment is currently required for the core browser workflow. The site may display third-party advertising to support operating costs.
Do you store my conversions?
Conversion files and result links are temporary. The backend default retention period is 30 minutes, but deployed settings and provider behavior can vary. Technical server logs may include request data needed for security, rate limiting, and troubleshooting.
Why did my conversion fail?
The video may be private, restricted, removed, live, too long, malformed, or temporarily unavailable to the processing provider. Processing can also fail during provider or network interruptions.
Do you support live streams or playlists?
The converter is designed for one supported public video URL at a time. Active live streams and playlist or batch conversion are not supported.
Are there length limits?
The backend default maximum is three hours. A deployment or processing provider may apply a lower limit.
